How to login to My Walden University Student Portal
Walden University is using Microsoft services to manage its student portal. If you want to log in or reset your password then you will be redirected to the Microsoft website page. Please check the below-mentioned steps to log in.
Login through the official website:
Step 1: Open the official website.
Step 2: Click the Student link available under the Login menu item in the top bar.
Step 3: On the next page, click the Access MyWalden Student Portal link. You will be redirected to my Walden Student Portal page.
Step 4: Click the Login button to open the login page. You will find a Microsoft student login page for Walden University.
Step 5: Enter your user name and click the Next button. On the next screen, enter your password to access your student account.
Login through the direct link:
- Open my Walden Student portal through the direct link https://my.waldenu.edu/.
- Click the Login button. A login form will appear on the screen.
- Enter your user name and press the Next button.
- On the next page, enter your password and click the login button to access your account.
How to recover the User Name?
Your username is your Walden University email. If you don’t know your email address or forgot that then you can reach out to the student support service through the phone number and chat facility. How to reset the password?
Password can be recovered through the login page. Please follow the below steps.
- Open the MyWalden student portal.
- Click the Go to Password reset link. You will be redirected to a new page that is managed by Microsoft.
- Enter your username and the given security code. Click the Next button.
- You will receive an email at your registered email address. Open the link you got through email and create a new password for your student account.

Current course and completed courses:
Students can check the list of current and completed courses through the dashboard page and attend the classroom by clicking the Go to classroom link. Instructor name, course duration, and dates are also available under each course.
