What is the My Carle patient portal?
Carle Health has developed a patient portal in partnership with EPIC Inc. My Carle is using Epic’s flagship healthcare product MyChart and customizing it according to its patient’s needs.
This portal provides many useful services to patients in a digital form so that patients can access all information anytime anywhere.
Patients can also use their mobile devices to access all available services which makes it very much convenient and easily accessible.

MyCarle Login procedure
To access your patient portal you must register first on the official website. During the first time registration, patients can create a username and password to access the patient portal in the future.
There are some prerequisites before login on to the patient portal.
- Patients must have a username and password.
- Patients are using secure devices such as personal smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Patients are using a reliable and uninterrupted internet connection.
- The latest and most secure web browser must be used to access the patient’s portal. Google Chrome and Firefox are good options to choose from.
There are three ways to log in and access your patient portal.

- Login through the MyChart portal
- Login through the MyChart mobile app
1-MyCarle Login through the Patient Portal direct URL:
Step 1: First of all you must visit the official patient portal at https://www.mycarle.com/MyChart/.
Step 2: Once you visit the portal, you will find a login form on the right side. Enter your Patient portal Username, Password and click the Sign In button to access your patient dashboard page.
2-MyCarle Login through the MyChart portal:
Step 1: Open the MyChart portal official website at https://www.mychart.com/.
Step 2: On the homepage, click the Access MyChart link. On the next page, you can search for your healthcare provider through the search form. Type MyCarle in the search box and you will see the MyCarle Login and Sign Up link below the search form (as shown below).
Step 3: Click the log-in link to open the MyCarle login page.
Step 4: In the login form, enter your patient username and password, and hit the Sign In button to access the patient portal.
3-MyCarle Login through the MyChart mobile app:
First of all, you will have to download the MyChart mobile app on your smartphone. App links are available on the MyChart official website.
How to download the MyChart Mobile app?
- Open a web browser on your Mobile device and visit the https://www.mychart.com/ website.
- You will see the Android and iOS app links on the homepage.
- Click the app link to download the mobile app.
- An app page will open through the Google play store or Apple app store on your mobile device.
- Click the Install button to download the mobile app on your smartphone.

Login through the MyChart mobile app:
- After downloading the mobile app, click the new MyChart app icon to launch it.
- Enter your Username and Password and click the Sign In button to access your patient portal.
After logging in patients can also implement additional security features such as a fingerprint scan lock or facial recognition lock.
My Carle patient portal Sign Up for the first time
If you are a new patient or visiting the Patient portal for the first time then you will have to register on this portal to create a username and password for your account. The registration process can be completed in two steps.

1-Online patient registration:
Step 1: Visit the official MyCarle patient portal.
Step 2: Click the Sign up now link located on the login form.
Step 3: On the next page, you will see an account activation form and a Sign up online link on the right side. Click the Sign up online link to open the new registration form.
Step 4: Fill out this registration form by providing all required information.
Note: i-Please note that all information must match with the information available in MyCarle Health medical records.
ii-If the online information doesn’t match the medical record then the registration process will be put on hold and you will receive a call from the patient helpline number.
iii-You must be 12 years or over old to open a new account as per Illinois law.
iv-For patients below 12, the legal guardians or parents who have access to the patient’s medical records can open an account.
2-My Carle patient account activation:
Once you complete the registration process, You will have to activate your account before using it. For this an activation code is required that is available on your enrollment letter or After Visit Summary. Please check the below activation process.
Step 1: Open the MyCarle Patient portal and click the Sign Up Now link to open the account activation form (as shown below).
Step 2: Enter the activation code, ZIP code, and Date of Birth in this activation form and click the Next button.
Step 3: Complete the further process and activate your account. You will have to create a Username and Password also so that you can access your account in the future. After the activation, you are good to go and can log in now to the patient portal.

Check your test results:
Employees can log in to the official portal and check all reports related to lab tests. All reports are uploaded regularly by the administrator.
Set up alerts:
Patients can set up important alerts by logging in and visiting the alerts section. It helps patients to receive important alerts such as vaccine dose schedules, any lab test appointments, etc on their mobile and email id.
Complete data security:
MyChart is built on a solid technical foundation and data security is the primary concern that was addressed on priority. All patient data is 100% safe and no one can access the data without the patient’s permission.

Access important documents:
Patients can view and download all clinical documents and report online through the patient portal. These documents are always available in the MyCarle patient account.
Communicate with your provider:
The patient can also interact with the healthcare provider if there is an emergency.
After-visit summaries:
All patients will receive a summary of their visit just after the meeting with the doctor. This summary will have important information about the treatment, charges, medicine, etc. These summaries are available under the My Appointment section and patients can download PDF files also.
How can I pay my bill through MyCarle.com?
All patients can pay their bills through the myEasyMatch bill payment facility. It’s a free service and offers a secure and fast method for bill payment.
Just visit the https://carle.mysecurebill.com/ website. You will get two options for the bill payment.
- Through myEasyMatch Code
- Online payment
i-Through myEasyMatch Code:
- Enter myEasyMatch Code and 5-digit ZIP code and click the Continue button.
- On the next page, complete the payment through any available payment mode such as net banking, debit/credit card, etc.
Note: MyEasyMatch Code can be found on your billing statement document with a red color sticker. It’s a one-time payment code and can be used once.
ii-Online payment:
- If you don’t have a myEasyMatch Code then click the Don’t have a myEasyMatch® code or statement? link on https://carle.mysecurebill.com/.
- On the next screen, enter the below-mentioned billing information.
- Guarantor Medical Record Number
- Guarantor Name/DOB (DD/MM/YY)
- Payment Amount in Dollar
- Guarantor Phone Number
- Guarantor Address
- After that, click the Continue button
- On the next screen, select the payment method and enter the required information and click the Continue button.
- Finally, review all payment information and complete the bill payment process.

How can I change my patient portal password?
It’s a very simple process and you will be able to create a new password for your patient account within minutes.
Just visit the MyCarle login page and click the Forgot password link. On the next page, you will find a password reset form. Enter your Patient Portal username, ZIP code, and Date of birth, and click the Next button.
You will receive an email including a link to reset your password. Now you can create a new password by clicking that password reset link.
How can I retrieve My Carle portal Username?
Visit the My Carle patient portal login page and click the Forgot Username link. In the Username recovery form, enter your First name, last name, date of birth, and ZIP code, and click the Next button.
Your username will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not have a valid e-mail address, or you don’t remember any of the above information then you will have to contact the Patient Portal help desk at (217) 326-4001 to assist you to regain access to your Patient Portal account.
