All of the important services and facilities are available once the associate signs in to the portal. After the login employees can also check their health-related information, tax, saving & retirement, career, training materials, etc.

All Walmart associates can log in by using the simple steps given below.

Step #1: Open the official website one.walmart.com.

Step #2: Click the login link in the top right corner. A login page will appear on the screen (as shown below).

Step #3: Enter your login credentials such as User ID, and select your country, and location. After that click the Sign In link. After that enter your password to log in to the portal.

Walmart GTA (Global Time Attendance) portal provides useful information about attendance, how many hours an associate worked, absence details, and many more features. OneWalmart attendance portal also helps senior management to keep track of the attendance, absence, and other key matrices related to the day-to-day working of all Walmart associates.

They can easily check how many hours an employee was present and how many hours the employee was absent. It further helps in payroll processing and deciding the final salary structure according to the total working hours

Associates can log in and access the One Walmart GTA portal through the official website or through a direct login URL.

Step 1: Open the official website.

2-Step Verification:

Walmart introduced a 2-step verification system to provide an extra layer of security to protect the personal information of all associates. If you are using the company network then there is no need for 2-step verification.

If you want to check your Paystub, Schedule, benefits, etc from any personal device then you will have to enroll for 2-step verification. 2-step verification can be set up only when using the company network. Just visit the https://wmlink.wal-mart.com/2step link to complete the process.

Once enrolled for the 2-step verification all employees will be able to log in on the Walmart GTA portal from any personal device while sitting at home. All you just have to provide a security code which you will receive on your mobile while logging into your account.

If you have enrolled for the BYOD program then there is no need to enroll for the 2-step authentication.

Walmart One services

This portal provides many useful services to Walmart employees. Some of the important services employees can access are mentioned below.

One Walmart Paystub:

All associates can check their paystub or pay statement through the official Walmart One website. Just open the official website and click the Paystub link located on the top side. if you are not using the company network then you will have to log in first to access the Paystub.

Associates will find the below information in their pay statement and they can easily find how many hours they have worked and how much they have paid.

  • Bank account details, deposit date
  • Earning details such as regular earnings, overtime earnings, etc.
  • Deduction details such as INS LIFE, INS DEP LIFE, IND MED U, INS DEN U, INS AD&D U, 401K, etc.
  • Tax details such as federal tax, social security, medicare, Arkansas, etc.

in order to get paid directly to your bank account, you must enroll in the direct deposit facility.

How to use the GTA time clock?

GTA Time Clock has replaced the ETM time clock. GTA time clock is a part of the Global Time Attendance (GTA) portal. Employees can use the GTA Time clock facility to easily check in and check out.

  • Open GTA Time Clock and log in with your Walmart one user id and password.
  • Click the Clock-In link.
  • If you want to take a meal or want to check out then click the available links.

The automated Clock-in and clock-out system help Walmart and the management to easily track the employees working hours and use the reports to prepare monthly payroll and calculate the salary and deduction.

Electronic Time Adjustment (ETA):

In case you forgot to clock out while leaving the store then you can take the help of the Electronic time adjustment to fix the previous session. You can just simply clock out and mark a missed punch.

Leave of absence (LOA):

LOA is an unpaid facility associates can get. Please use the GTA portal to request LOA.

Paid time off (PTO):

Employees can use Regular Paid time off the facility to take general leave. For any emergency, employees are advised to take protected paid time off in case of Short-term disability benefits, etc. Associates must use the GTA portal for leave approval.

My schedule:

All associates can check their shift schedule through the My schedule option. My schedule option is available on the top side of the homepage of the Walmart One portal. Associates can also navigate to ME->My Time->and access My schedule.

What is Walmart One Wire?

Walmart wire is an intranet communication system implemented across Walmart stores to help all Walmart associates communicate, engage, share important documents & information, and use collaboration tools, etc within the Walmart wire’s network.

All computers in the office or stores are connected to this network which makes it highly secure and inaccessible from outside by implementing IP access restrictions.

Although there are a lot of services such as schedule, paystub, the discount center, etc employees can access from home after enrolling in the 2-step verification system but some of the exclusive services are available only through the Walmart wire network.

Some salaried people approved and received a laptop or any other device from the management can access wire from outside with limited services access if they are on the clock but hourly associates will not be able to access it from outside.

One Walmart App

Walmart has developed a Me@Walmart app that Walmart employees can use to easily clock in when they arrive at the store and check their 2-week shift schedules in advance.

Employees must be enrolled in the 2-step verification system and clocked in to access some important internal services.

What is Walmart Identification Number?

Walmart Identification Number or WIN is an ID number Walmart gives to all new associates. To access some important information and perform important transactions you need your Walmart Identification Number.

Walmart Identification Number is used in place of the Social Security Number and provides an extra security layer to protect the personal information of all associates.

If you don’t know your WIN then you can find that through the below steps.

i- Open the Walmartone portal and search for the WIN app in the top search bar. If you are not on the company network then log in through a 2-step authentication process.

What is SSPR (Self-Service Password Reset) and how to use it?

Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is an online tool that helps associates to reset their password in case they forgot it or their account has been locked. After SSPR is set up, There is no need to contact the helpdesk and associates can use this tool to change their passwords by themselves.

How does SSPR work?
SSPR simply adds an extra layer of login security by implementing an authentication method for your account. Employees will receive an authentication code according to the authentication method they have set up to verify themselves.

What are the basic requirements?
There are a few requirements to set up SSPR.
-Employees must be connected to the Walmart network.
-Employees must have their user id

Who can use this facility?
SSPR facility may not be available for all employees. To check your eligibility, please visit the https://aka.ms/sspr link.

How to set up SSPR?
Please follow the below steps.

-You must be connected to the Walmart network.
-Visit the https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/PasswordReset/Register.aspx?regref=ssprsetup web page.
-Use your user ID and password to log in.
-Choose any one authentication method from Mobile App Notification, Mobile App Code, Email, and Mobile number.
-For example, if you have chosen your mobile phone as an authentication method. Enter your mobile number to receive a security code through a text message.
-Enter the security code and finish setting up your mobile phone as an authentication method.

Now whenever you want to reset your password, you will receive a security code on your mobile phone. You can use this security code to authenticate your account and create a new password.

Employees can change their authentication method anytime by visiting the https://aka.ms/ssprsetup link.

I have set up the SSPR, How can I change my password?
To change your password, please visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ link. It will open a password reset form on the Microsoft website.

Enter your user id and click the Next button. After that authenticate yourself through the authentication method you have set up. After authenticating your account, you can create a new password.

What is paid time off?

PTO (Paid Time Off) is available for salaried and hourly associates, truck drivers, and US-based global tech associates.

All types of employees can visit the Walmart Global Time and Attendance Portal and request PTO. Don’t forget to inform your manager before making an online request. 

PTO depends on the total service with Walmart. The more your work more PTO you will earn.

You can use your PTO for any reason such as for holidays, urgent work, sick conditions, traveling, etc.

PTO is calculated according to the plan year that starts from Feb 1. You can check your PTO balance by logging in to the GTA portal at the end of the plan year.

How can I request a Leave of Absence (LOA)?

Walmart is using the claim management services offered by Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Employees can visit mySedgwick.com and request a Leave of Absence.

It will redirect you to mySedgwick login screen for Walmart. Enter your Username and Password and click the Login button. Complete the security verification by entering the security code received on your email address or phone number.

After login, request for LOA. You may also request LOA by calling Sedgwick at 800-492-5678.
