What is a Costco Citi card?
Costco is a retail wholesale chain that sells products through physical stores and online websites to its customers. Customers can join Costco and become a member. Registered members at Costco get some exclusive benefits and Costco credit cards.
Costco membership:
You will have to become a Costco member if you want to shop and take the membership benefits. There are two personal membership programs available.
- Executive – It costs $120 per year and members will be eligible for a 2% annual reward (up to $1000) and other benefits.
- Gold star – It costs $60 per year.

How to redeem cashback?
Cashback can be redeemed on a yearly basis after the February card statement every year. Members will get an annual credit card reward certificate which can be redeemed for cash or merchandise at US Costco Warehouses.
Note: If you do not renew your Costco membership then you will not be eligible for the reward program and will not be able to redeem your existing reward cashback.
Who issues a Costco credit card?

There are two types of credit cards issued by Citi Bank.

Fee and charges:
The below-mentioned charges will be applicable to Costco’s credit card.
- APR for purchases is 15.24%.
- APR for balance transfer is 15.24%. The fee for the balance transfer will be $5 or 5% of the transfer amount of each transaction.
- APR for a cash advance is 25.24%. The fee for cash advance will be $10 or 5% of the cash amount, whichever is higher.
- APR for Citi Flex Plan is 15.24%.
- The minimum interest charge will be $0.50.
- There is no foreign transaction fee.
- For late or returned payments a Variable penalty APR of up to 29.99% applies. A penalty fee of up to $40 will also be applied.
Note 1: If you join Costco membership then you will get a free credit card from Citi bank subject to credit approval. Costco membership is not free with a credit card.
Note 2: Costco membership card is not a credit card. Costco offers the membership card and Citi bank offers the Costco credit card. Both are different products and are managed by different companies.

Costco Citi credit card login process
